Tropical Storm Brett Won't Visit NC
Tropical Storm Brett spins in the Atlantic. It doesn't look like it will pose a threat to the continental U.S., but it reminds us that the 2011 hurricane season is underway. And the heat we are experiencing is affecting ocean temperatures, which may eventually help hurricanes become more intense in the coming weeks.
