Tropical Storm Beryl is now looking much better organized. After making landfall near the FL-GA border, Beryl will turn hard to the NE and poses a threat to North Carolina in then next few days. NC residents should prepare for this season now, which officially begins June 1. NOAA recently predicted an average activity year with 9-15 tropical storms. But we are off to a stronger start.
