Tropical Storm Hermine will be impacting much of North Carolina today, tomorrow and likely for some of next week as storm waves propagate outward from the stalled system. Although downgraded from its hurricane status, it will bring lots of rain, wind and surf.
People need to be careful of flooded roads and other hazards. Also, it looks like there might be more activity brewing in the tropical Atlantic. Keep an eye on the
